About Elizabeth
I have been teaching professionally for a little over three years in both piano and voice. I received a music degree in 2019 from a university in Kentucky, where I was named Student of the Year upon graduating. I recently moved from Tampa, Florida, where I taught at one of the best performing arts schools in the area. Now based out of Maryland, I switched to fully online lessons and I love it! In addition to teaching, I am also the worship leader at my local church and travel throughout the year singing at various places. I am also a songwriter and up-and-coming artist.

Hi! My name is Elizabeth and I would love to be your piano and/or vocal teacher! I graduated with a degree in music in 2019. I have been teaching in-person and online lessons for the past three years. I’ve had the privilege to perform in some incredible places, including Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center in New York City. Music is my life and I love teaching others so they can find their love for music, too! My teaching technique is simple - whether piano or voice, we start with the very basics of technique and build upon your skills from there. ANYONE can learn to sing or play the piano, you just have to start somewhere! I tailor my lessons to what you, as the student, want to learn most. It is important to me, in both piano and voice, for you to learn music theory and sight-reading skills to help you be a better musician. But after you learn the basics, we will be able to learn songs in whatever genre or style you would like! I can’t wait to get started! You will be a pro musician in no time!
