Damon is a true pro. I’m just beginning on my journey to learn how to DJ and he has been fantastic in explaining the basics and starting me off on the right foot. I would highly recommend Damon!
1) Damon is an incredible DJ/producer. Not everyone who is a very talented musician is also a great teacher. Damon is an exceptional teacher in addition to his musical skills. He is extremely patient and thoughtful about the way he teaches. He nurtures his students to find their own style and does not impose his on them. He also is very encouraging and creates a safe space to learn free from judgement or criticism. He genuinely wants his students to do well and supports them and their progress. I would recommend anyone to learn how to DJ/produce from Damon as he is not only a wonderfully gifted, but also an incredible teacher and kind human.
Just had my first lesson and it was great! Damon was very patient and clear, I so appreciate that as a newbie. I can’t believe how much I learned in such a short time and feel like it was worth every penny. Looking forward to my next session!
