My teaching is basically for the class below 10th. I tend to involve students parents also as part of the learning and growth of children. Learning is more important than just mugging up and getting marks without understanding topics and tricks.
Student being a bit serious or willing to learn is a plus point for both (self and another student in batch)

He has a different approach to make you understand things and I think it is exactly what needed the most ,since stereotypical way of learning is no fun
