Technique and strategy is first and foremost. Using the 'I Do, You Do, We Do' Model, students are told what they need to know and how to do it, then we work on a task together to help student become more confident with new learning and finally student individually uses what they have been shown to demonstrate proficiency using practice questions or repeating back to me what they have learnt. In the second phase, past papers are attempted. Importantly, incorrect answers are never addressed by simply providing the correct answer. Instead, the student is guided to the correct answer by scaffold approach using a series of questions posed by the tutor, leading to skills such as independence and confidence. Pupils can access vast resources including a catalogue of more than 50 books on technique and 200 past papers, covered by multiple publishers. This represents a substantial cost saving on books compared to the initial outlay needed to prepare for the exams which can stretch into several hundred pounds.

She did maths, verbal reasoning, comprehension also when he is struggling with a subject she gives more time to explain everything very clearly and easy to understand also gives him more homework to do out of the hours of the sessions.
After every session she send me a report full of explanation about what they did and all his scores also all his work scanned so she keeps me updated which is very good.
