About Oliver
I teach fine arts across levels of learners for talent development, intellectual advancement and developmental projects. I have a Ph.D. in Development Education, Masters in Advertising and a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts. I have 30 years of practice.

I use various Teaching Methods, this includes the following: Learner-centered Education; Outcomes-based Education; Practice-based Education; Experiential Learning; Lectures & demonstrations; flexible/ semi-structured syllabus; and Performance Recognition through the publication of students'outputs in advocacy projects and art exhibitions. I can teach in various environments indoors-outdoors; private-public; formal-informal and non-formal; personal-institutional; and one-on-one or a large group of learners. I combine different instructional media to maximize students participation, attention, interests and expected outcomes.
