About Jason
I am a California State licensed teacher providing lessons in ESL management which includes the following disciplines: TOEFL and IELTS test prep, writing development, reading comprehension, business English, oral English, and general conversation.
I have been doing this type of work for over 7 years, and have worked with many different cultural backgrounds including Asian, European, and South American. Additionally, I have worked with students of diverse learning abilities, so I am able to assess and quickly develop a curriculum that best suits the needs of the student.

Since I have worked in many different locations around the world, I have had to adapt my teaching approach to the current location. However, with my training done in the United States, I take a multi disciplinary approach to providing the best lessons possible.
My main goal is to develop a Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats (SWOT) analysis of a client, and based on that analysis, I will know to begin. If a client has a particular area that they want to focus on, then we will focus on that, but at the same time, I will also incorporate other aspects of a subject as seen fit. For example, if a client needs help in resume or interview prep, that will be the main focus, but vocabulary development, writing development, and conversation development, will also be highlighted.
