About Wren
I am an experienced ESL tutor with 10 years of teaching High School and College students. I have successfully helped 150–200 students improve their English communication skills. My teaching philosophy is centred on understanding and connection.
I create a friendly environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning without fear. I use clear explanations and real-life examples to make lessons effective and easy to follow. I focus on building confidence along with language skills.
Many of my students have improved their grades and become more confident speakers. I am passionate about teaching and dedicated to helping students reach their full potential.

My teaching approach for ESL focuses on creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. I believe that students learn best when they are actively involved, so I design lessons that are interactive and practical. I use creative strategies such as storytelling, role-playing, discussions, and real-life examples to make learning enjoyable.
I encourage students to think critically by asking open-ended questions and allowing them to express their ideas freely. This helps them build confidence and improve their communication skills.
As a mentor, I support my students throughout their learning journey. I provide guidance, encouragement, and regular feedback. I understand that each student is different, so I adapt my teaching style based on their needs and pace.
I also focus on accountability by setting clear expectations and helping students stay consistent. I track their progress and provide feedback to help them improve step by step.
Along with ESL, I teach related subjects to support overall development. My goal is to help students become confident communicators and independent learners.
