My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and result-driven. I believe that every learner has unique strengths and learning styles, so I adapt my lessons to meet individual needs. I use a combination of storytelling, discussions, visual aids, and practical exercises to make each topic engaging and relatable.
I emphasize understanding over memorization — helping students to think critically, express themselves confidently, and apply what they learn in real-life contexts. For exam preparation, I incorporate past questions, guided practice, and timed assessments to build confidence and improve performance.
A typical lesson lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the student’s age, attention span, and learning objectives.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and English Language from the University of Lagos and have over nine years of teaching experience across nursery, primary, and secondary levels. I have also prepared students for WAEC and JAMB (English and Literature) and tutored learners who are now studying abroad.
My lessons are designed for learners of all levels, including nursery and primary pupils, junior and senior secondary students, as well as exam candidates who need focused English or Literature tutoring.
