About Allison
I graduated with a BA in writing and studio art in 2018 from Houston Baptist University. I have tutored independently and through several different companys for students ranging from grade school to post grad students. I most recently worked as the head manager of a team focused solely on helping students create and polish their college application essays.

I typically approach my sessions by first helping a student get over the "blank page," talking them through their ideas and helping them learn to structure them into a cohesive format. I believe everyone has their own way of communicating effectively, but that writing is not always a natural way for them to convey their message. I work to equip my students with tools geared toward their level of writing that will help them advance and generate effective essays and materials.
