I have participated in Mater classes held by Olivia who has a BFA in Dance and trained at the Broadway Dance Center in NYC. She is qualified to teach various styles of dance as well as choreograph individual, duet and group performances. He teaching style is structured in a manner that is easy to learn and she is able to provide constructive feedback to help you grow and learn. She is patient, kind and creates beautiful dance routines. I have participated both in person as well as via zoom and found both equally effective. Olivia is a natural teacher and makes it easy to learn and understand dance. Dance is an effective form of fitness and provides excellent core strength and cardio all in one and could easily be considered a physical education course elective.
