About Masha
I am a dedicated athlete who competes at an international level as part of the Great Britain team. Throughout my sporting career, I have represented GB at international competitions and have achieved a medal at the Great British Championships.
My experience ranges across a wide variety of sports. I have competed in fencing, swimming and dance and I have trained in over 15 different sports, giving me a broad understanding of athletic development, training methods, and performance improvement. Through fencing, I have trained alongside some of the sport's highest-ranked athletes, gaining valuable insight into mindset, discipline and habits required to perform at an elite level.
Alongside my sporting achievements, I study psychology and health & wellbeing, which has deepened my understanding of motivation, mental resilience, and healthy habits. Combining my academic knowledge and my real-world sporting experience I can provide practical guidance that you can apply in training and competition
My aim is to provide supportive, encouraging, and practical coaching that helps students improve their performance, build confidence, and develop a healthy and successful approach to sport.

My coaching sessions are designed to help athletes improve their physical and mental performance in approach to their chosen sport. I focus on building confidence, motivation, goal-setting skills, healthy diet habits and effective strategies that will help you perform at your best.
Every session is tailored to the individual's needs, since every athlete and sport has different areas of focus. Lessons are interactive and discussion-based, which will allow you to ask questions and reflect on your past experiences. Together we will develop practical techniques that will be applicable to your training and competitions.
Typical sessions can last between 30-60 minutes, depending on your needs and preferences. Topics may include sports psychology, mindset development, confidence building, motivation, recovery, training structure, and general health and wellbeing for athletes.
As a competitive athlete myself, I bring personal experience and a strong interest in sports performance and psychology. I have trained athletes, beginners and individuals who engage in sport for general health and fitness throughout a wide range of ages, so I have experience with tailoring programmes to fit individual needs.
These sessions are ideal for anyone who wants to work on their sporting performance, diet, mindset, confidence, and overall approach to training.
