About Robert
My Chess Background
I have played chess throughout my entire life and enjoy every moment of it. I am always looking for ways to continuously develop and improve my understanding of the game. I began to seek out other resources for improvement such as private lessons, chess books, curriculum, software, videos, and articles which only benefited and develop my comprehension of this game.
Soon afterwards, I started to teach chess. I have seen my students develop a mindset and love of the game. In fact, a student of mine introduced the game of chess to one of his family members. And now she enjoys chess! Hearing this brings me great satisfaction.
Today I regularly play, study, and teach chess. I enjoy watching my students develop a love of the game during my lessons.
