About Kevin
I am an experienced chemistry tutor holding an MSc in Industrial Chemistry with over 9 years of teaching practice. I specialise in integrating computational chemistry into learning. We explore reaction mechanisms using theoretical models. Students predict reaction pathways using calculations. I teach quantum chemistry concepts clearly. We study wave functions and molecular properties step by step. Molecular dynamics simulations are practised through small projects. Students use computational software regularly. I guide them in analysing outputs and errors. Many university students and researchers seek my support. Their research skills improve significantly. Complex theories become logical. My goal is to help you become a confident and well-rounded chemist with strong computational abilities.

My approach to Chemistry is reflective and student-centred. I begin with mathematical foundations that support advanced chemical theory. Physical chemistry, quantum mechanics, thermodynamics, and molecular behaviour are explored carefully. Reaction kinetics, spectroscopy, and molecular modelling are included. Complex ideas are introduced gradually. I allow time for reflection and questions. Hands-on thinkers are encouraged to experiment and reason. Creative thinkers use imagination and science fiction to visualise abstract concepts. Equations are seen as tools for understanding, not memorisation. Students are guided to find their personal learning style. Support is given to help them grow confident and independent. Lessons are calm and structured. I encourage curiosity and deep questioning. Concepts are connected to real-world applications. Statistical mechanics links microscopic behaviour to macroscopic phenomena. Thermodynamics explains energy transformations clearly. Physical chemistry is made accessible through logical progression. Students are helped to see patterns and relationships. Confidence grows alongside knowledge. Learning is paced to avoid overwhelm. Each session builds clarity and skill. Learners are encouraged to think critically and creatively. The ultimate goal is mastery and inner balance. Students leave inspired to explore chemistry further.
