About Sama
I’m a professional chef with hands-on experience across busy kitchens, food service, and recipe development. Over the years, I’ve built a strong understanding of how to create food that is not only practical and efficient, but also elevated, flavourful, and well-presented. I teach because (to make a long short) I take my sister into 'the best pasta [she's] made' over the phone. I realised in that moment there's so many people who aren't the most confident cooking but will do their best to put a meal on the table.
I love that idea that I can help in making someone feel more confident and good nutritional meals accessible for others, especially students who want to develop those basic skills and learn how to cook with more ease.

1-to-1 or a group setting we'll be focusing on easy and quick recipes in session where you can ask as many questions to understand. Typical session is 45 mins to an hour for prep and cooking time.
I've worked as a chef for over a decade with experience in catering, restaurant and events as I worked up to Head Chef.
Any age and any level welcome.
