About Yacine
I am a certified nutritionist and sports therapist who has been involved in the field of Health and Well-being since a young age of 15.
My life experiences where I struggled with serious health challenges since childhood and witnessing close family members go through similar experiences taught me the most valuable knowledge to understand individual needs.
I have set out as an objective to share what I have learned to as many people as possible so that they can be free from being overwhelmed by health obstacles.
I am currently on course to completing my degree in Psychology which is part and parcel of Health and Well-being.

My objective is to teach the average person who doesn't know anything about nutrition to be able to take care of their own nutrition and help their own family/friends.
The course is taught both online and offline at my clinic on london road, Leicester.
Or alternatively can be arranged for private lessons at your location or via zoom.
The course curriculum is adjusted according to the specific levels of students, and their goals.
I am able to communicate with English and Portuguese students fluently.
