About Lorraine

I have a background in Psychology, am an NLP Practitioner, Life Coach, Negative Emotion Therapist. I hold a Postgraduate Qualification in Coaching from the South African College of Applied Psychology. I am a Registered Coach with Coaches and Mentors South Africa and have passed my performance exam with the International Coach Federation. I have 24 years of Corporate experience and have trained executives and managers in leadership coaching and mentoring. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for self-discovery,
learning and transformation. I am passionate about partnering with individuals and organisations in recreating themselves from the inside out. Together we discover who you are, where you are why you are where you are, where you would like to go and how to get there. I specialise in personal transformation, leadership development, effectiveness and team performance. My purpose is to ensure that every person I partner with transforms into the best they they can be.

About the lesson

I use different models of coaching that suits each client's individual needs. I have also developed my own coaching model called the SHAPE UP model of coaching which incorporates different psychological theories as well as the core competencies required by the International Coach Federation. My model focuses on the whole person and is designed to identify thoughts, beliefs and patterns that are not serving my clients and identifying and installing new thoughts and beliefs that will move clients forward.
