About Jinn
I help people navigate career choices, life transitions, and make meaningful moves toward their goals. As a Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation), I’m passionate about serving the community. For over 10 years, I’ve coached and mentored students and employees at Fortune 500 companies, guiding them toward careers that offer not just promotions or status, but true fulfillment and satisfaction. I hold a Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne and have corporate experience at a big 4 bank. My diverse career path includes transitions from corporate to culinary (yes, I was a chef at one of the world’s best restaurants) to becoming a professional coach. I work with clients across APAC, Europe, and the Americas. My clients consistently report feeling lighter, gaining new perspectives, and leaving with clear, tangible steps for moving forward. Testimonials are available upon request. This is the only platform where I offer my student coaching services at a discounted rate compared to my private practice. I understand the challenges of navigating decisions and expectations, especially with looming deadlines for internships, graduate opportunities, and graduation itself—I’ve been there, and I’m here to help. On a personal note, I swim at my local pool five times a week, practice Vipassana meditation, am involved with Toastmasters, and am a proud father of two young boys.

We'll begin by uncovering what you truly desire. What’s worth pursuing for you? What does success really mean to you? General aspirations like “I want a successful career” are just starting points—we’ll dig deeper to define what that success looks like in your life. Together, we’ll explore your values, needs, wants, limiting beliefs, and fears.
Design:
Next, we'll clarify what's possible for you. What obstacles are holding you back from making decisive choices? How can we navigate or overcome these challenges? We’ll craft a personalized action plan that may include self-reflection, research, or tangible steps like improving communication skills, enhancing personal branding, or tackling procrastination.
Delivery:
A plan is only as good as its execution. When it’s time to put your plan into action, what potential roadblocks could arise? How can you stay accountable and committed to your goals? We’ll regularly check in on your progress, adjusting the plan as needed to fit your evolving circumstances.
My coaching is highly personalized and tailored to each individual. My clients consistently find this approach to be the most empowering way to move forward.
