About Teresa
I'm Teresa, a professional basketball player with a career that has taken me from playing Division 1 NCAA in the United States to representing Great Britain at Senior National Team level. Basketball has given me so much, and coaching is my way of giving back.
I love seeing players grow. There is nothing quite like watching someone master a skill they have been working hard on, or achieve a goal they once thought was out of reach. Being even a small part of that journey is what gets me on the court every session.
I bring the same dedication and standards I hold myself to as a professional into every session I coach. I want every player (regardless of age or ability) to leave feeling challenged, more confident and better than when they arrived.

My sessions are hands-on, structured and player-focused. Every session is built around the individual. I assess where you are, identify the gaps, and build a programme for you. I love working on the fundamentals that make the biggest difference; I use repetition-based drills, game-realistic scenarios and constant feedback so players develop both skill and basketball IQ.
For group sessions, I create a competitive environment that pushes everyone to raise their level while still giving each player personal attention and corrections.
Sessions typically run between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes depending on the focus and format. Private sessions are fully tailored to your goals. Group sessions are kept small to ensure quality coaching time for every player.
My sessions are open to all ages and all skill levels — from beginners picking up a ball for the first time to competitive players looking to sharpen their game. Whether you want to develop confidence, prepare for trials, or simply improve, these sessions will challenge and elevate you.

Perfect! Teresa is a brilliant basketball coach. I booked a lesson for my 11 year old daughter and she had an amazing experience. Teresa is friendly, patient and very responsive which made the whole process easy.
She was encouraging and also provided constructive feedback on areas my daughter could improve. Most importantly, she made the lesson fun and engaging.
