About Jenny Paola
I studied at the Argentine Cocktail Institute and have more than 10 years of experience in haute cuisine and professional gastronomy, working with important culinary brands across the Americas.
Throughout my career and travels across different countries in the continent, I have developed my own signature cocktail menu inspired by diverse cultures, ingredients, and traditions.
My experience combines fine dining, creative mixology, and professional bartending techniques, allowing me to teach not only classic cocktails, but also the artistic and conceptual side of creating unique drinks.

My classes are dynamic and combine both theory and practice. We will prepare cocktails that you can easily learn while understanding the theoretical foundations behind each technique and ingredient.
You will learn different cocktail-making methods, the history behind classic drinks, and their modern variations. Throughout the lessons, we will also explore flavor balance, presentation, and creative mixology techniques.
My goal is not only to teach you recipes, but also to help you understand how cocktails are built so you can confidently create your own signature drinks and develop your personal style behind the bar.
