About Jordan
My name is Jordan, I am a father, an illustrator, a teacher and a Professional Illustrator and painter.
I am a multidisciplinary artist with expertise in illustration, watercolours, digital art and acrylic painting.
Drawing is a meditative and healing practice and I teach with a mindfulness approach, to art and using these traditional art techniques to create the art that my students want to create.
Building a bridge between their skills and ideas.
A teacher with a mission to “Create More Creators”.
I have been teaching for 2 years to private students varying in different ages ranging from 8 years old to 70 years.
These lessons have ranged in approaches from, just for fun as a hobby/ practice, to helping people with creative business progression, or for groups in workshops.

My approach to teaching is based on the students and bringing their ideas to life.
Teaching drawing techniques through a connection with ideas, the body and the mind to create what they envision.
Drawing is a practice and teaching through using a sketchbook to practice and flesh out ideas, before executing a finished product.
My method of teaching is catered to the student's wants, needs and abilities. For example, if a student is a beginner and they want to learn how to draw cartoons, I would teach them basic drawing fundamentals before we begin drawing and creating characters.
Topics I cover are shapes, portraits, figures, feet, hands, hair, fabric, character design, storytelling and much more.
I also provide an option for a drawing kit with all the equipment you need to start or enhance your drawing practice.
This includes:
- Moleskine sketchbook
- 4 pencils and a
- 2 rubbers (a fine liner rubber & Black Rubber)
You may be wondering if online learning is for you as I fully understand the differences between online as opposed to in-person classes. I would encourage those who are apprehensive, to try online in their trial session and then further lessons can be discussed as in person will require travel costs.
