In my view and what I followed is teaching should be started from the basics and conceptually rather then mamorizing. More conceptual less memorizing. And constitant approach towards studies can make a big change. Like testing chapter wise then to tranches of chapters and then the whole syllabus. Education also should be focused towards to mould the youth as growing professional so that he/she can coup the requirements in corporates.
