About Agatha
I am a passionate and experienced instructor with a background in competitive rhythmic gymnastics and circus arts. Starting gymnastics at age six, I competed nationally in Spain and later excelled in aerial silks and aerial hoop, ranking 12th worldwide in aerial hoop. My teaching experience spans various age groups, from young children to adults, both online and face-to-face. I specialize in active and passive flexibility, providing personalized lessons that progress from basic to complex movements. My goal is to help you achieve your fitness and flexibility goals through dedicated, expert guidance.
