About Rakesh
I did a master's degree in yoga from India and 200 hrs YTT from Singapore, accredited with the yoga alliance USA. I got special training in pregnancy yoga. I began teaching in New Delhi and taught at yoga mala in Singapore. My teaching raises students' sense of well-being through alignment and awareness which also helps avoid injuries. My aims to help my students achieve physical, mental and emotional balance and help them deepen their practice through the wisdom of yoga. I have more than 15 years of experience in yoga, meditation, and yoga therapy for back pain, shoulder pain, cervical, lifestyle diseases, muscular dystrophy, depression, anxiety, pregnancy, stress-related disorder.
