I am a certified Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher. I have received an international teacher training based on anatomy, adjustments and alignment. Body awareness, breathing, improvement of flexibility and recovery from injuries. Classes in English and Spanish. All levels welcome!

Perfect! La clase fue maravillosa, Irene es una profesora de yoga increíble. Con gran conocimiento sobre anatomía y capaz de adaptar perfectamente la clase a lo que necesitas. Me sentí nueva!
- La clase con laura ha sido genial. Se nota muchísimo que es practicante de Ashtanga, pues tiene una fuerza, flexibilidad y control corporal que se puede apreciar en poquísimos alumnos. Ha sido una clase muy fluida donde hemos trabajado sobre todos los objetivos que ella había marcado y con ella he aprendido un montón! Espero que podamos repetir pronto!Irene's response :
