Whether you want to eliminate your back pain, improve your mobility, or improve your focus and find peace of mind; I have the tools to help. I have taught children to the elderly, pregnant people to those recovering from deep emotional situations. Our sessions will be specific to you, helping you achieve and embody exactly what it is you desire. With over 7 years of experience in teaching at some of the best yoga studios in the world, I am here to continue to share this practice that continues to enrich my life every day.
