About Isabella
I am a journalist and passionate about movement! Dance, sports, yoga, martial arts, whatever, I love being active and promoting this to everyone around me! With 6 years practicing and studying Yoga, I decided last year to start sharing my passion and all I've learned (and am still Learning) about this amazing universe that is Yoga! Graduated from the Museum of Yoga in Rio de Janeiro, I teach online and in-person classes in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

Based on Vinyasa Yoga, my goal is to create a fluid class, focused on strengthening, stretching, body awareness, and relaxation. Joining meditation, asanas (postures), relaxation and pranayama (breathing techniques), I seek to promote physical and mental wellness to everyone who practices with me! Without the need for prior knowledge of yoga, or even for those who already practice, I seek to adapt the practice to everyone and each one's specific needs :) Lets practice!?
