About Alex
I took my first yoga class when I was 9 years old, and began my meditation practice at the age of 15. I completed my teacher training at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Camp in 2017. Since then, I have been perfecting my practice of yoga and its teaching. I have taught to students of all age groups in Montreal, Toronto and Val-Morin, as well as in Paris, Strasbourg and Orléans. Students love my kindness, sensitivity and clear instructions. For me, sharing joy, peace and health through yoga is a daily need!
