About Henrik
Swedish-born, I currently work as a private equity investor at a European impact investing fund. Earlier in my career I spent four years working as an investment banker, advising on M&A transactions at global investment banks. Before pursuing a carer in finance, I earned multiple degrees at some of the top business schools in Germany and in the Nordics. I have throughout my career earlier worked in London, Switzerland and Helsinki but remain a Stockholmer at heart.

My classes are targeting mainly students currently enrolled at university who is looking to expand their corporate finance skill set. You may also be recently graduated and have an ambition to pursue a finance career.
My key objective when teaching corporate finance topics is to add an industry perspective as a finance professional currently working with impact investing on a daily basis. Your professor may be able to explain you the theory much better than I can, but I can share a perspective on how you do things in practice.
