About Lenin Kumar
By qualification, I am an MBA, M. Phil, Ph.D. I have 15 years of teaching experience and seven years of research experience. Since 2009, I am working with Nizwa College of Technology as Lecturer in the Department of Business Studies. I had an opportunity to work with Gondar University, Ethiopia for two year from 2005 to 2007. Published 20 papers, 3 book & guided 5 M. Phil research scholars and also presented papers at conferences, seminars, etc.

My objective as a teacher is to motivate my students to develop their learning interest, interpersonal skills which are required for their career and to establish learning centered environment in the classroom.
