About Barnaby
I help people feeling stiff, tense, or disconnected in their bodies move with more ease and confidence through online movement, posture and breath coaching. My background as a principal ballet dancer shaped how I understand how the body organises itself, and how small changes build lasting comfort and confidence. Sessions are calm, practical and suited to people who prefer thoughtful, sustainable progress. Alongside my performance background, I’ve spent years developing a strong interest in anatomy, movement mechanics, and how posture, breath, and awareness influence how we feel physically and mentally. I’m less interested in pushing the body and more interested in helping people listen to it. I work with adults who often feel stiff, tense, or disconnected from their bodies, whether from desk work, stress, or simply years of habitual patterns. Many people I work with are not looking for intense workouts, but for a steady, supportive way to feel better in themselves. My approach is quiet, patient, and collaborative. I don’t believe in forcing change. I believe in creating the conditions for change to happen naturally.

Sessions focus on helping you feel more comfortable in your body through simple movement, online posture coaching, mobility awareness, and breath. We move slowly, notice habitual patterns, and make small adjustments that fit into everyday life. This work is not about pushing or forcing change, but about understanding how you currently move and where unnecessary tension may be held. Sessions are calm, practical, and suited to people who prefer steady, thoughtful progress. This is perfect for people who spend long hours sitting, feel stiff, or want everyday ease without intense workouts. Over time, this often supports a greater sense of ease and quiet confidence in how you carry yourself. The aim is to develop awareness and simple tools you can return to between sessions.
The free first lesson is a 30-minute consultation where we explore your goals and see if this way of working feels right for you so we can understand your needs and decide how best to work together.
Online sessions are available in daytime and evening slots to suit different schedules.
