Primary Education is a delicate stage because it is here where they learn all the basic skills that further education is built upon, if this foundation is not right, all other knowledge will always fall into those cracks. I believe that teaching is not an ' One Size Fits All Approach', which is why the child's personality should drive the teaching style. I have worked with students with different abilities, strengths and weaknesses so am able to cater techniques to match their style and learning to 'Work Smart' to make 'Working Hard' seem easy.
