About Kate
I am a qualified Primary teacher and I have been teaching for over 20 years and would be the ideal tutor to boost that KS2 Maths and English understanding. I specialise in supporting children and young people with anxiety and other emotional or mental health difficulties to access their learning having been a specialist SEMh teacher and SENDCo. I also have a special interest in Psychology (I am currently doing an MSc in Psychology) and have undergraduate level RS and Philosophy. I also offer life coaching for teenagers.

I am a nurturing but firm teacher- my extensive experience as a teacher and mother of four comes through in my ability to understand each child and young person as an individual and support them to find the gold in themselves.
