Mathematics is not about rote memorization; it is about developing a logical mindset. In my classes for Grades 1 to 8, I focus on building a 'math-friendly' brain.
I categorize my teaching into three developmental stages:
Exploratory Stage (Grades 1-3): We focus on number sense, visual geometry, and making math fun through patterns.
Building Blocks (Grades 4-5): Strengthening operations (multiplication/division), fractions, and word problems to remove 'math phobia.'
The Foundation (Grades 6-8): Transitioning to abstract concepts like Algebra and Integers. This is where I introduce IIT-JEE Foundation logic to prepare them for future competitive success.
