Our lessons range across 1. a rapport building introduction, and collaborative clarification of your phase of development (supported by a long term athlete development program), context, desires, and goals for tennis; followed by 2. creation and confirmation of a customized training program, and coaching approach that fits your personality, context, and goals within a chosen time frame / cycle of lessons; 3. then putting in the happy work supported by your selected blend of mental, physical, tactical, and technical skill development, video analysis, and more; and 4. reviewing the completed cycle to feed forward into an updated next cycle on your own or with continued lessons with me. I love enhancing and cheering on players’ growth, and have worked with enthusiasts through professionals.
