Whether you are a beginner or a master she teaches you accordingly. The classes were completely based on my requests and what I exactly wanted and expected.She also gave me Diet plan based on my body type and requirements. Dr Deeksha is an excellent tutor for the yoga classes. She is very calm and patient and makes the student do various kinds of exercises that will have warm up exercises to improve the body flexibility as well as the breathing exercises, asanas, pranayams to improve the breath intake and the concentration. She also takes into account the requirements, health aspects of the student undergoing the yoga practice and tailors the exercises accordingly. Highly recommended yoga tutor!
