About Meghana abhyankar
Hi, I am Meghana Abhyankar. I have completed an 85-hour Prenatal Teacher Training Course along with workshops on breastfeeding and Garbh Sanskar. With 5 years of yoga teaching experience, I now work closely with prenatal students as well. I customize my classes to suit each mother’s needs, focusing on the well-being of the child through the well-being of the mother. My sessions are designed to improve physical strength, emotional balance, and a deeper connection with the baby. Meditation and pranayama play an important role in supporting you throughout this journey. Let’s begin this beautiful path together for a healthier, happier motherhood.
