About Natalia
I carry in my yoga more than 10 years and this is my third year as a teacher. More than 150 students have passed through my classes and I hope to tell you soon. It works with each student especially considering what their needs are and what they are looking at the approach to prenatal yoga.

I am Natalia I trained as a teacher of Hatha Yoga in India and then I realized specialization in Pre and Post Natal Yoga. Classes are held according to the stages of pregnancy and the specific needs of the students. It serves as a great help in childbirth preparation, winning tone, elasticity and movement. Along with breathing and relaxations are staying as new after each class.

Perfect! Natalia es una profesora estupenda. Muy amable y simpática. Sus clases son muy amenas y se pasan volando! En apenas unas clases he aprendido un montón, además de que te motiva y te ayuda para mejorar. Se preocupa por mandarte rutinas que puedas hacer en casa sola y es muy atenta. La recomiendo 100%!!!
