My name is John Bodyfit. I am a three-time German runner-up and runner-up Mr Universe in Mens Physique Bodybuilding. Since 2012, as a personal trainer and online coach, I have already helped hundreds of people to achieve a body in which they feel attractive, self-confident and all-round good. I only work with methods that have actually proven themselves in practice.
