I offer personalised music lessons in piano, guitar, vocals, songwriting, music theory, and music production, drawing on over a decade of professional experience performing internationally. My music has been featured across film and TV across the world including BBC, HBO, Netflix and more, and I am an award-winning musician graduating from Leeds Conservatoire Of Music with the composition prize. My Teaching Approach My lessons are tailored to each student, combining practical technique with creative exploration. I focus on: • Building strong technical foundations on your instrument • Developing musicality and performance confidence • Integrating theory and composition naturally into practice • Encouraging creativity through songwriting and music production if applicable I use a hands-on, flexible methodology, mixing structured exercises with real-world applications, including modern music styles alongside classical techniques. My goal is to ensure lessons are engaging, motivating, and results-driven and importantly fun! Lesson Structure • Typical lessons run 45–60 minutes, but can be adjusted to suit your schedule and goals. • Each session includes a combination of warm-ups, technical work, repertoire practice, theory, and creative exercises. • Homework and practice guidance are provided to reinforce skills between lessons. Qualifications & Experience • Conservatoire-trained, award-winning musician with a first class honours BA in Popular Music • Learning since 1998, teaching since 2017 • International performance at festivals and venues including Glastonbury and cities including London, New York and Melbourne.
