About Cool Mom
I am a former collegiate athlete, who became a birth doula and then combined the two in my personal training practice where I help women who are pregnant and postpartum feel amazing. I like low intensity workouts and believe in stretching, breath work and nutrition. I am a Certified Nutrition Coach as well as a Youth Sports Coach.

I believe ANYONE can get a good quality workout, regardless of their condition. Some people hate the gym, I can work with that! Some people are self conscious in group exercise, I totally get that. I am a trained doula and know that the changes pregnant people go through can make working out challenging and I have designed specialized workouts for any and all special circumstances.
