I am a pre-med student at the University of Arizona. My extensive background in nutrition, healthy lifestyle, and weight loss coaching can help you achieve your goals. I'm a super outgoing, friendly person who really wants to help get you on the right track! I'm not your average mentor.

I also have a background in Psychology, so I want to look at the mental aspect of nutrition and healthy living as well! I love to talk about how our mental health is affecting our eating habits.
