About Morgan
Hello! My name is Morgan, and I am a licensed educator with six years of teaching experience and several years of tutoring experience. I am licensed in both Oregon and Mississippi and hold certifications in Special Education (Mild to Moderate), English Language Arts, Social Studies, and Psychology.
Throughout my career, I have worked with students of varying ages, backgrounds, and ability levels in classroom, small-group, and one-on-one settings. My experience includes supporting K–12 students, adult learners, GED candidates, and future educators preparing for teacher certification exams.
As a tutor, I believe learning is most effective when instruction is tailored to the individual student. I take time to identify strengths, address learning gaps, and develop strategies that build both skills and confidence. Whether you need help mastering academic content, preparing for an important exam, improving study habits, or reaching a specific educational goal, I strive to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment.

Preparing for a teacher certification exam can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to do it alone. As a licensed teacher in Oregon and Mississippi with six years of teaching experience, I understand both the content and the challenges that future educators face on certification exams.
I have helped candidates prepare for Praxis Core Reading, Writing, and Mathematics, as well as Praxis II subject assessments in areas such as English Language Arts, Social Studies, History, Special Education, Physical Education, Elementary Education, and Middle School Subjects. I have also assisted candidates preparing for state-specific exams, including the GACE.
My approach is focused and efficient. Rather than covering unnecessary material, I identify the skills and concepts most likely to appear on your exam and create a study plan tailored to your needs. Sessions may include content review, practice questions, test-taking strategies, writing support, and targeted skill development.
