About Sara
I studied Hatha Yoga in India and keep learning about the different aspects of this ancient discipline fully adapted to modern life.
I am a qualified instructor 200H RYT Hatha and Ashtanga and 300H RYT Yoga Multi-style though Yoga Alliance, the leading internation professional reference yoga body.
My teaching is based on the full respect for oneself and current possibilities to move forward, in deep harmony with one's personal rhythm, while working on postures, breathing as well as relaxation.
I am convinced that yoga is suitable for everyone It can be practiced at any age, to feel better in your body and your mind.
I love traveling, singing and making musique. For me it is vital to meet people with different paths and experiences, to take care of nature, and to move ahead towards more well-being and humanity.

I teach Hatha yoga which is a slow practice with the aim of developing strength and balance of body and mind.
According to the Yoga tradition, breathing is a very important part of practice and of a healthy life. Besides focusing on it through the practice, I organise customised classes to teach you simple techniques that can help you relaxing and managing your emotions in everyday life.
To complete the different aspects of the practice, I can introduce you to mantra chanting to calm the mind and help you meditating. You will explore singing in a relaxed and friendly environment as a real source of hapiness!

J'ai suivi avec elle des cours de yoga en ligne et en présentiel. Bienveillance, douceur et patience sont les mots qui mieux décrivent les cours de Sara. Dès les premiers cours avec elle, on est vite transportés dans son univers reposant et poétique, dans lequel l'esprit se sent bien et détendu.
Elle donne beaucoup de conseils pour mieux appréhender les postures.
