About Pedro

I moved to Ireland when I was 10 and have attended school here ever since. Now, I’m studying Engineering at UCD, having developed a strong passion for learning and teaching along the way. As a native Spanish speaker who learned English from scratch, I understand the challenges of mastering a new language and the most effective ways to overcome them. My personal experience has given me the skills and strategies to help others improve their English, whether they are just starting out or looking to refine their fluency. I believe that with the right approach, anyone can become confident in their language abilities. Outside of studying and tutoring, I enjoy playing guitar, reading, going to the gym, doing math, and spending time with friends. I am dedicated to helping students succeed and making the learning process as engaging and rewarding as possible.

About the lesson

I am a native Spanish speaker, and through my own experience of learning English from practically zero to becoming fully bilingual, I understand the challenges students face. This journey has given me valuable insight into the best strategies for language learning, and I believe I can help students significantly improve their level of English.

My teaching approach is based on immersion, engagement, and practical application. I focus on conversation, listening, reading, and writing skills while tailoring lessons to each student’s specific needs. I use real-life examples, interactive exercises, and structured practice to make learning both effective and enjoyable.

Lessons typically last one hour, with flexibility depending on the student's goals and level. I have experience teaching students of different ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced learners looking to refine their fluency. Whether you're looking to improve your grammar, expand your vocabulary, or build confidence in speaking, I am here to help.

My lessons are suitable for anyone who wants to develop their English skills, whether for academic purposes, work, travel, or personal growth. With the right techniques and mindset, learning a language can be an exciting and rewarding journey!
