About Howard

My programming lessons are structured around small, real projects rather than isolated syntax drills, since a loop or function is remembered far better when it controls something the student actually built. I keep a running error log for every student, reviewing recurring mistakes until they stop appearing. Advanced students work on real coursework style projects with attention to clean, readable code.
