About Ícaro Hiroshi
I believe in theory that a subject can be explained at first, in five different ways. With that I looked through the difficulties that I had throughout my career to find two paths for a complete learning. What consists of first; The menu used for the subject to be transmitted. Second and most important; Feeling, which consists of the feeling that the student has to try to learn a certain subject, with this I work in the assimilation of content and perception of the student so that there is no difference, that is, to be able to learn, assimilate knowledge with the power to execute what was learned.

I try to use a practical methodology together with an elaborate menu for a quick learning. Who is interested in learning or creating consistency in what has already been learned. Most of the time you even understand a certain subject but you cannot develop or practice.
