About Rhiannon
I’m an experienced administrator, operations and transformation professional with more than 25 years’ experience across healthcare, charities, public services and programme management. I’ve worked in roles ranging from administration and governance through to national operations and transformation, so I understand what good organisation looks like in a real workplace.
I enjoy helping adults build practical skills that make work feel easier and more manageable, whether that means improving confidence with emails, diaries, documents, meetings, databases or day-to-day office organisation.
My approach is friendly, patient and practical. I explain things clearly, avoid jargon and tailor sessions to your experience and goals. Whether you are starting out, returning to work or changing career, we can work at a pace that helps you feel confident and capable.

My administration lessons are practical, supportive and tailored to the skills you actually need in the workplace. Whether you are returning to work, starting your first office-based role, changing careers or simply wanting to feel more organised and confident, we can focus on the areas that matter most to you.
Sessions can cover professional emails, diary and inbox management, prioritising workloads, organising files and documents, taking useful meeting notes, creating trackers, basic CRM and database skills, managing information accurately and developing efficient day-to-day office routines.
I have more than 25 years’ experience across administration, healthcare, charities, operations and programme management, so I teach from real workplace experience rather than theory alone.
Lessons are usually 60 minutes and are friendly, jargon-free and paced around you. We can work through realistic examples, practise specific tasks or focus on an area of administration you would particularly like to improve. My aim is to help you feel capable, organised and confident in a modern workplace.
