About Valerio
Hi, I am an Engineer at Dyson UK, I have completed the PhD from the University of Nottingham in Electronics and Control System Design. During my PhD I have been teaching courses of electronics and control to many students and I have being assessing them as well. I have also given private repetitions to students while I was a student as well, during my undergrads, in the topics of maths and physics.
I am quite passionate on teaching and helping out on engineering subjects.

The method is different for each person and is also based on their knowledge and strengths. I usually start with a bit of conversation on the topic to understand the level of the student and also to focus on the points that are relevant for the exam / but also the points are relevant to be understood based on what will be required in the future job scene.
I do not like abstract topics, hence I always provide a lot of practical examples to highlight possible practical applications. I believe that learning something that can actually be applied is more useful, rather than something that remains purely abstract.
