About Meghna
I'm a postgraduate in Psychology, graduated from Delhi University in 2020. I completed my bachelor's in Psychology from Union Christian college in 2018. I have always been keen about the working of the human mind and still am. The process of human minds I believe cannot be fully grasped or atleast not yet fully explored and cannot be generalized.We have unique minds. Although, there are universal processes and techniques that could be used to predict and make desirable changes. I believe that by learning this subject, we could along with helping others, help ourselves. I have myself found ways to utilize the subject in my own life.
I have a professional approach to the teaching process, where I favour a structured and organized learning process and a genuine involvement

I always like to go along with a student-centered approach of teaching where there would be a two sided-learning process that takes place. Rather than mechanical learning, I'm in favor of learning that relates to real life. I like to associate theories and concepts with real-life experiences and examples which makes learning more meaningful and develop the ability to extend our knowledge into real-life contexts.
