I have been a teacher in gyms since I was 17, I fell in love with the profession and specialized in groups that need special attention focused on health (old age, diabetics, joint diseases, heart disease, etc.). My methodology is based on scientific studies and the experience gained over the years, where everyone can do everything by adapting to their limitations.
